Mountain View Ranch raises purebred Beefmaster cattle. Tom Lasater, who developed the breed beginning in the early 1930s, strove to produce a breed that would out preform existing breeds. Today, Mountain View Ranch strives to produce modern Beefmaster cattle leading the breed and impacting the industry.
